Getting Started in Jaggaer Contracts

System Transition

As of August 3, WWU has transitioned to the Jaggaer Contracts application for university contract administration and all new contract requests.

Contracts submitted in the Contract Management Module (CMM) prior to July 17 continue to be processed - including reviews, approvals, and signatures - within CMM.

What is Jaggaer Contracts?

Jaggaer is the online application used to manager eProcurement, contracts, and vendors at Western. Once users log in to Jaggaer, the contracts module allows university employees to request, review, and approve contracts. All Western employees can log in to Jaggaer with their universal ID and password.

Whether it is a speaking engagement or larger equipment or maintenance request, all contracts must go through this system for approval. This ensures that risks are mitigated, duplicate software or products aren’t being purchased, and that we are adhering to the Washington State Laws which we must abide by as a state entity.

To review, approve, or sign contracts submitted prior to July 17, 2026,  log in to CMM.

Register for a Jaggaer Training

To support a smooth transition, the implementation team is offering role-based training sessions covering both eProcurement and Contact functions. All sessions are 90 minutes and include a system overview and hand-on access to a test environment. Participants will learn system navigation, how to place orders, request contracts, and use the search and dashboard features.
