Purchases over $10,000

Departments are required to consult with Procurement prior to making a financial commitment of over $10,000. If an order is over $10,000 and is not available through a catalog in Jaggaer, it will require a competitive bid process, which involves procuring a minimum of 3 quotes from different vendors.   

If a non-catalog purchase is over $100,000, the bids will be posted on the Washington Electronic Business Solution (WEBS) website for vendors to view and respond. This sealed bid process is only for purchases over $100,000.  

If your good or service is not available through Jaggaer eProcurement, you may need to create a contract. You can learn more about this procurement type on the Contracts page.
